Shortyz Awards introduce Team of the Year category for 2024
UK: The Shortyz Awards are introducing a new ‘Team of the Year’ category for 2024, ahead of the staging of the fifth edition of the event in April.
One of 20 categories for 2024 [and the only new category this year], the Team of the Year category will be eligible to all companies and teams within the short-term rental industry across the value chain, including property management companies, online booking platforms and agencies [OTAs], service providers, and more.
With each category again being decided by a 50:50 split between judge scores and a public vote, the judges will be looking for evidence of a healthy team culture, the team’s impact on company performance, and its commitment to ESG [Environmental, Social, Governance] initiatives, including endorsing net zero strategies, supporting community / charitable projects, and promoting diversity in the workforce.
The entries period for the 2024 Shortyz Awards will open later this week and remain open to global short-term / vacation rental professionals until early March 2024. The link to access the entries platform will go live this week at our official awards website here.
